Here at Freeland Family Dental, we accept most insurance plans, however, we are NOT
a preferred provider for any insurance companies.
If your insurance policy allows payment to "Out of Network" providers, we are able to bill your insurance and you will be responsible for the balance.
If you have questions about whether or not we accept your insurance, please contact your insurance company directly.
Unfortunately, we do not
accept any state or federally funded insurance plans such as Amerigroup, Provider One, Apple Health or Molina.
